  1. The candidate will have to appear for the interview at the given employer’s office / place of interview in time with his / her own expenses.
  2. The interview calls / schedule given by us is not job guarantee/ Commitment of job. Candidates will seek the job on their own merit and skills set.
  3. The right to select or reject any candidate is reserved with the related company.
  4. Take a note that, our registered office at Pune and We don’t have any other branch in India.
  5. We have not authorized any Individuals, Institute or organization to communicate anything on our behalf & conduct/organize any such event (Walk IN, Job Fair) and Interviews on our behalf in order to invite or place candidates for job.
  6. We are not involved with Individuals/Company in terms of benefits directly or indirectly, we follow ethical practice within organization & outside organization.
  7. We are a facilitator / service provider between the employers & candidates who willing to employ the suitable candidates as per their requirement on the terms of the respective employer. We are not the agent & does not represent any organization directly or indirectly.
  8. The candidates and all other concerned persons are requested to deal very diligently & cautiously & to take all the necessary preventions to protect themselves from all such fraudulent practices and / or attempt to cheat and fraud We shall not be responsible for any unlawful utilization or misrepresentation of any kind or of our name or goodwill by any person at any place in geographical location of India or outside of India.
  9. If any person or persons is found to be involved or initiating any wrong practice in this regard as mentioned above, shall be liable for the appropriate legal action by us.
  10. We conduct very fair and impartial practice of helping the unemployed person or candidates willing to seek the jobs.
  11. Online registration and receiving of resume/Bio Data/ Curriculum vitae/post mail will be considered as registration in BookMyInterviews.   In such all type of application candidate/Student / Job seeker/Trainee are consider that they have agreed to pay our consultation fees and accepting our terms and conditions as applicable and understand the disclaimer.
  12. Candidates are requested to take every knowledge of their job profile and employer prior to their joining. BookMyInterviews doesn’t take any responsibility of job profile or change in job profile after successful joining.
  13. It is the duty of the candidates to verify all the whereabouts, truth and the business details and work details along with the terms and conditions and facilities offered by the Proposer Company or employer.
  14. No complaint or legal liability regarding the employer or the proposer company shall be entertained by us from any candidate or from any person in the further context.
  15. At the time of interview, we charge only the Interview Processing Fees (IPF)to the candidate which is non-refundable in any situation & candidate is agreed on this beforehand to get facilitate from our placement agencies.
  16. We do not suggest/recommend/force any candidate to join any particular company/organization. Candidates should satisfy themselves in every respect before joining any company. We are just an independent service provider.
  17. We are not responsible for any wrong, misbehavior, cheating / fraud, misrepresentation, misbelieve or legal issues committed by candidates & in such circumstances no legal liability will be with our placement agency. in any circumstances Interview Processing Fees (IPF) would not be returned.
  18. We are not responsible for candidate’s previous employer / Company incomplete documentation, i.e Resignation letter, reliving letter, experience letter and dates. It’s totally responsibility of candidate.We will not responsible for any type of background verification of the candidate.
  19. We do not provide boarding, lunch or local transportation facility to outstation candidates or even to local candidates.
  20. Candidates shall come for interview, stay, attending for interview and go back to their destinations by their own expenses.
  21. Candidate have to understand and note, that the Interview Processing Fees / consultation fees is between candidate / applicant and BookMyInterviews only.
  22. The rejected candidates in interview will not be issued any written communication from Book My Interview or Company/Organization.
  23. The Selected candidates in interview will be communicated by Company/Organization only.
  24. Our placement service is subject to Pune jurisdiction only.All rights reserved.
  25. Candidate does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website.
  26. The candidate will be solely responsible for their username/password and personal information.
  27. I have read, understand and accepting all the term and conditions of BookMyInterviews. It is my own decision and there is no force in any manner given by anyone to me. I understand that the Interview processing fees / consultation Fees are non-refundable in any situation and I applying this job offer by accepting the disclaimer.
  28. The resume/ insertion or information/data fed by the user can be updated by the user alone, free of cost.
  29. BookMyInterviews offers no guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the resume/ insertion or information/data is fed by the user.
  30. BookMyInterviews neither guarantees nor offers any warranty about the credentials bonafides, status or otherwise of the prospective employer/organization which downloads the resume/ insertion or information/data and uses it to contact the user.
  31. BookMyInterviews would not be held liable for loss of any data technical or otherwise, or of the resume/ insertion or information/data or particulars supplied by user due to acts of god as well as reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any cause(s) or conditions that are beyond BookMyInterviews reasonable control including but not limited to strikes, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, distributed denial of service attacks, virus attacks, war and natural calamities
  32. It shall be sole prerogative and responsibility of the user to check the authenticity of all or any response received pursuant to the resume/ insertion or information/data being fed into the network system of BookMyInterviews by the user, for going out of station or in station for any job or interview. BookMyInterviews assumes no responsibility in respect thereof and expressly disclaims any liability for any act, deed or thing which the user may so do, pursuant to the receipt of the response, if any, to the resume/ insertion or information/ date being fed into the network system of BookMyInterviews.
  33. Uploading of multiple resumes beyond a reasonable limit by the same individual, using the same or different accounts shall entitle BookMyInterviews to remove the Resumes without notice to the Candidate / Jobseekers. This service is only meant for candidates looking for suitable jobs. Any usage with commercial intent is prohibited.
  34. BookMyInterviews reserves its right to reject and delete any resume/ insertion or information/data fed in by the user without assigning any reason.
  35. This free / paid service entitles the user alone i.e the same person, to add modify or change the data/information fed in by him but does not entitle him to use the free / paid service to feed fresh insertion or information/data /resume of another person in place of the insertion or information/data already fed in by such user.
  36. BookMyInterviews has the right to make all such modifications/editing of resume in order to fit resume in its database.
  37. In case, candidate not attended the interview with any reason /situation the Interview Processing Fees (IPF) will not be refundable and BookMyInterviews will not responsible for any issues / problems.
  38. Candidate must agree / accept if employer / company change their appointment, date, time, place by any reason / without any reason candidate must attend the interviews as per the changes /schedule. In case, candidate not attended the interviews the Interview Processing Fees (IPF) will not be refundable & BookMyInterviews will not responsible for any issues / problems for the same.
  39. Candidate must attend interview on given time by any reason if candidate not able to attend interview then BookMyInterviews will not reschedule his/her interview. It is duty of candidate to attended interview on time with updated resume, educational documents, valid photo ID in formal dress code & shoes.
  40. All candidates (Male / Female) are requested to attend their interview between 9AM to 5PM in the day time only. Book My Interview is not responsible for any kind of legal issue / complaints for the same. BookMyInterviews is not suggest / force to candidate attend the interview on Government Holidays & festival days.
  41. Kindly note that BookMyInterviews is charging Interview Processing Fees (IPF) / Consultant Fees only for single interview every time.
  42. It is agreed, BookMyInterviews have rights to change their Interview Processing Fees (IPF) / Consultant Fees with / without any information.
  43. Candidate must attend their interview by their own not by any other person’s candidate cannot transfer /change his / her interview appointment to other person. If found BookMyInterviews reserves its right to reject and delete any resume/ insertion or information/data fed in by the user without assigning any reason.
