Responsibilities and Duties

Candidate should have good knowledge of Accounts, GST, TDS, MS Office, English Language (for emails). His job would be to visit clients place for accounts / accounts review.

1. Candidate must have experience or knowledge of sales, Purchase entries in Tally.
2. Should have prepared E Way Bill & E Invoicing for company.
3. Should know about day-to-day accounting entry, GST, TDS etc.
4. Invoice entries and cross checking along with Import & Export knowledge
5. Data filling and documentation.
6. Managed the internal and external mail function.
7. Manage Account and Book Keeping & Follow up for Dues.
8. Reconciliation of Bank Statements.
9.Making quotations for clients and taking followup
10. Must know about Microsoft office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
11. Should have good English Communication skills.
12. Payment follow up with clients
