  2. The Employer will be solely responsible for their username/password and personal / Company information.
  3. Employer / Company does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by them on the website.
  4. Employer must understand and note, that the Interview Job Posting Charges / consultation fees is between Employer / Company and BookMyInterviews only.
  5. Employer / Company must communicate candidate their selection / rejection in interview.
  6. Employers / Company are solely responsible for their postings on BookMyInterviews BookMyInterviews is not to be considered to be an employer with respect to Your use of any BookMyInterviews Site and BookMyInterviews shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason, made by any entity posting jobs on any BookMyInterviews Site.
  7. Employer will have to invite candidate / jobseeker for the interview at company office only.
  8. Providing candidates or sharing resume to the employer for the interview /Arranging the interview / Appointment by us is not any guarantee/ Commitment of selection. Employer / company must select candidate by their education, experience, merit and skills set.
  9. The right to select or reject any candidate is reserved with the Employer/ company only.
  10. Take a note that, our registered office at Pune and We don’t have any other branch in India.
  11. We are not involved with Individuals/Company in terms of benefits directly or indirectly, we follow ethical practice within organization & outside organization
  12. We are a facilitator / service provider between the employers & candidates / jobseeker who willing to employ the suitable candidates as per their requirement on the terms of the respective employer. We are not the agent & does not represent any organization directly or indirectly.
  13. The employer / company and all other concerned persons / institutions are requested to deal very diligently & cautiously & to take all the necessary preventions to protect themselves from all such fraudulent practices and / or attempt to cheat and fraud We shall not be responsible for any unlawful utilization or misrepresentation of any kind or of our name or goodwill by any person at any place in geographical location of India or outside of India.
  14. If any employer / company is found to be involved or initiating any wrong practice in this regard as mentioned above, shall be liable for the appropriate legal action by us.
  15. We conduct very fair and impartial practice of helping the employer / company to get right candidate as per requirement for hiring / employment.
  16. Online registration, posting and receiving of resume/Bio Data/ Curriculum vitae/post mail will be considered as registration in BookMyInterviews.   In such all type of application of employer / company / organization are consider that they have agreed to pay our consultation fees and accepting our terms and conditions as applicable.
  17. Employer / company are requested to take every knowledge of their candidate profile, education, previous employment documents & background check / verification prior to their joining. BookMyInterviews doesn’t take any responsibility for the same.
  18. No complaint or legal liability regarding the candidate / jobseeker will not be entertained by us. BookMyInterviews is not taking any responsibility for the same
  19. Employer / company have to pay charges for job posting to BookMyInterviews which is non-refundable in any situation.
  20. We do not suggest/recommend/force any candidate to join any particular company/organization. We are just an independent service provider.
  21. We are not taking any responsibility for candidate / jobseekers wrong, misbehavior, cheating / fraud, misrepresentation, misbelieve or legal issues committed by candidates & in such circumstances no legal liability will be with our placement agency. in any circumstances Job Posting Fees (JPF) would not be returned / refund.
  22. We are not responsible for candidate’s previous employer / Company incomplete documentation, i.e Resignation letter, reliving letter, experience letter and dates. It’s totally responsibility of candidate & do the verification / check by the company.We will not responsible for any type of background verification of the candidate.
  23. Employer / company have to understand and note, that the Job Posting Fees / consultation fees is between employer / company and BookMyInterviews only.
  24. Employer / company have to communicate selection / rejection of candidates in interview will be communicated by Company/Organization only.
  25. Any legal issues / complaint is subject to Pune jurisdiction only.All rights reserved
  26. I have read, understand and accepting all the term and conditions of BookMyInterviews. It is my / our own decision and there is no force in any manner given by anyone to me / us. I understand that the Job Posting Fees / consultation Fees are non-refundable in any situation.
  27. BookMyInterviews offers no guarantee or warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the job posting is fed by the employer / company.
  28. BookMyInterviews neither guarantees or offers any warranty about the credentials bonafides, status or otherwise of the prospective employer/organization which downloads the resume/ insertion or information/data and uses it to contact the user.
  29. BookMyInterviews would not be held liable for loss of any data technical or otherwise, or of the resume/ insertion or information/data or particulars supplied by user due to acts of god as well as reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any cause(s) or conditions that are beyond BookMyInterviews reasonable control including but not limited to strikes, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, distributed denial of service attacks, virus attacks, war and natural calamities
  30. BookMyInterviews reserves its right to reject and delete any information/data fed in by the employer / company without assigning any reason.
  31. This free / paid service entitles the user alone i.e the same person, to add modify or change the data/information fed in by them but does not entitle him to use the free / paid service to feed fresh insertion or information/data of another person in place of the insertion or information/data already fed in by such user.
  32. BookMyInterviews reserves rights to reject and delete any insertion / job posting or information/data fed in by the user without assigning any reason.
  33. In any case, candidate not attended interview with / without any reason /situation then Job Posting Fees (JPF) / consultation Fees will not refundable. BookMyInterviews will not schedule candidate interview again. BookMyInterviews will not responsible for any issues / problems.
  34. If employer / company change their appointment, date, time, place by any reason / without any reason employer / company must inform the changes to the candidate minimum 24 Hours before by Email, Message and phone call. This is the complete responsibility of employer / company.
  35. Employer / company must invite all candidates (Male / Female) to attend their interview between 9 AM to 5 PM in the day time only. BookMyInterviews will not responsible for any legal issue / complaints. BookMyInterviews is suggesting to employer / company do not invite candidate for interview on Government Holidays & festival days.
  36. Kindly note that BookMyInterviews is charging Job Posting Fees (JPF) / Consultant Fees only for single job posting every time.
  37. It is agreed, BookMyInterviews have rights to change their Job Posting Fees (JPF) / Consultant Fees with / without any information
  38. Candidate must attend their interview by their own not by any other person’s candidate cannot transfer /change his / her interview appointment to other person. If found BookMyInterviews reserves its right to reject and delete any resume/ insertion or information/data fed in by the user without assigning any reason
  39. Employer / company cannot transfer / change their job posting / account rights to other person / company / organization. BookMyInterviews reserves its rights to reject and delete any insertion or information/data fed in by the user without giving reason and legal action will be taken by Book My Interview against employer / company.
  40. You will comply with all applicable data protection laws in relation to the processing of personal data; and not process personal data in an unlawful manner and excessive with regard to agreed purposes as defined in the privacy policy and this terms and conditions
  41. You shall implement adequate technical and organizational controls to protect the shared personal data obtained from the Company against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, damage, alteration or disclosure
  42. You agree to provide reasonable assistance as is necessary to facilitate the handling of any Data Security Breach (as relevant under privacy laws applicable) in an expeditious and compliant manner
  43. You agree that the responsibility for complying with a data subject /data principal request lies with the Party which holds/processes the Personal Data collected/shared
  44. You warrant and represent that the institution shall not disclose or transfer Personal Data obtained from the Company to any sub-processors without ensuring that adequate and equivalent safeguards to the Personal Data.
  45. You shall retain or process shared Personal Data for no longer than is necessary to carry out the agreed purposes.
  46. You shall act as an independent Data Controller in respect of shared personal data obtained from the Company once the data is collected by You and You shall be responsible for its secure use at all times.
  47. By posting/uploading a job posting on the website you confirm that you have obtained all licenses/permits as are necessary for recruitment.
